Chairman
He is now focused on providing services as an advisor or Non-Executive Director to investors, corporates and governments, leveraging his practical experience and relationships across a number of Asian markets.
Achievements over the last 12 months include advising an Indonesian Group on acquisition of a wind farm; partnering of SK Holdings and Geely Motors to launch a new mobility fund; advising the Indonesian Government on its new sovereign wealth fund; advised IGIS Private Equity in Korea on its sale to BlackRock’s global renewable energy fund.

Dr.Elvi Nasution
Director
Whilst, she previously held senior roles at the World Bank, International Finance Corporation (IFC), World Trade Organization, and BBVA in Jakarta, Geneva, and New York. Throughout her career, she has been involved in and/ led most infrastructure landmark project finance transactions in Indonesia.
She has a PhD in finance whereas she is also an active policy advocate in the renewable energy and financial sustainability space; in which she is a board member and spokesperson of the Indonesia renewable society.

Marius Johansen
Director
Marius Johansen has over 13 years’ experience in Investment Banking, commodity and freight trading from several of the world main trading hubs like Switzerland, Norway, Singapore and Monaco. He has been involved in a broad range of Capital Investments in the energy and mining sector through his private investment company.
He is currently the Managing Partner of Titan Energy Resources LLC, a privately owned investment company operating in the energy and resources sector.

Michael Gilmore
Director
Michael Gilmore is an experienced Project Director with a demonstrated history of working in the renewable sector. He is skilled professional Contract Negotiation, Contract Management, Project Management scheduling, and contract claim procedures are his strong points.
Michael has “hands-on” site management experience of processes ranging from feasibility studies through to practical completion and commissioning stage. Coupled to this technical expertise he has an inbuilt ability to manage stakeholders and complex situations simultaneously.
